Refund/Return Policy

At Platinum Heir, we take pride in offering the highest quality raw and single donor hair extensions. Each order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our premium standards.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions, closures, frontals, wigs, or custom wig construction services.


Exceptions (If Applicable)

We will only consider a replacement or store credit if you receive the wrong item. In these rare cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the unused product in its original packaging

Important Notes:

  • Hair must not be worn, brushed, altered, washed, or installed in any way.

  • Products must remain in their original packaging with tags and security ties intact.

  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to improper care, failed color processing, or incorrect product selection.
